1. Donations & Contributions
As a welfare foundation, any donations or contributions made to Young Heart Welfare Foundation are generally non-refundable. Donations are used to support welfare activities, community programs, and operational costs. Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be reversed except in special circumstances mentioned below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate transactions (charged more than once by mistake)
- Incorrect amount charged due to a technical error
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (subject to verification)
In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date with valid proof of payment.
3. Service Payments (If Applicable)
If any service-based payments are offered through the website, refunds (if applicable) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the service status, work already completed, and related operational costs.
Any service that has already been started or delivered may not be eligible for a full refund.
4. Chargebacks
We encourage users to contact Young Heart Welfare Foundation first before initiating any chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Chargebacks cause administrative and financial costs to the foundation and may delay resolution.
If a chargeback is raised without prior communication, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback by providing relevant transaction records and communication logs to the payment processor or bank.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and bank processing timelines.
The refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your account as per your bank’s policies.
6. Cancellation Policy
If a recurring donation or scheduled payment option is available, you may cancel future payments by contacting us prior to the next billing cycle.
Already processed payments cannot be canceled retroactively.
7. Policy Updates
Young Heart Welfare Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Chargeback Policy at any time.
Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
